Design Package
price depends on room and scale of project, $600 -$2000 for a small room, entry or powder room. $2000-$6000 for a large living room, bedroom, kitchen or primary bathroom.

  1. We begin our process with a phone call to learn about your project and then we will arrange to meet in your home.

  2. During our in home meeting we’ll discuss your goals for the project and learn about your style. We will gather as much information as possible so we come away with a clear vision of how we will reimagine your space.

  3. After meeting with you we will create a package with all the tools you need to begin transforming your space at a pace that works for you. This includes:

  • Custom design board that shows how our selections work together.

  • Samples of recommended items.

  • Source list so you can begin ordering and implementing our recommendations.  

  • Detailed layout plan and elevations where applicable.

  • Cabinetry and millwork design where applicable.

  • Access to our trade pricing and referrals to vendors we trust.

  • One revision (Is there an item or two you are unsure about? No problem, we'll make a new selection for you).

  • Support! This is a process and there will inevitably be changes. We will be there to answer questions and make adjustments as needed.


    *Our Design Package provides everything you need to transform your space on your own and with our guidance but for those clients that would like more help we are available at our hourly rate (see styling below).

 

1 Hour Virtual Design Consult $200

Do you need general design guidance? We can help you with any design related questions you have for your home. This might include furniture placement, paint colors, where to start with renovation plans, anything that you feel unsure of in your home decor and design.

The virtual design consult will be conducted over a zoom meeting or face time and will last 1 hour. Teresa or Helena will handle your consult and will talk through your concerns and offer recommendations. We encourage you to have a clear list of topics/questions in mind.  We will share a form once you have booked your consult that you can use to organize your goals for the meeting.  Reach out via our contact page to learn more or book your consult.  

 

 Styling     $100 per hour

How you set up a space and arrange your accessories is just as important as the wall color you select and the furniture you purchase.  This service functions best as:

  • A finishing touch to a furnished space that feels lack luster.  We can select the right accessories for you by shopping for new items or "shopping" your home.    

  • A follow up to your Design Package. We can work with you to carry out our design plan to completion.
